Birthworkers are often interested in herbs to help things go more smoothly, but there’s not always good information available about which herbs are useful, which are safe to use, and which are just herban legends. Join us for this four-week series that will help you help your clients herbally! We’ll discuss herbs that help calm the mind, relax the body, and are great allies in caring for baby and mama!

Sessions will be devoted to herbs that are helpful in the First and Second Trimester, in the Third Trimester, in Labor & Delivery, and Postpartum. We’ll even discuss herbs that can help keep YOU going! You’ll come away with a solid understanding of herbs that are safe and effective, ready to help you help babies and mamas!

Wednesday, October 5, 7:00 – 9:00pm – First & Second Trimester
Wednesday, October 12, 7:00 – 9:00pm – Third Trimester
Wednesday, October 19, 7:00 – 9:00pm – Labor & Delivery
Wednesday, October 21, 7:00 – 9:00pm – Postpartum

Classes take place in our school facility at 25 St. Mary’s Court, Brookline.
