At bars all over the country, house-made herbal bitters are seeing a resurgence in popularity, and this is good news! Bitter herbs offer some of our most striking, unique, and complex flavors. Beyond taste, they’re also fantastic medicine, especially for digestive upsets & complaints. And what better way to take medicine than in a subtly layered cocktail?

In this class we’ll show you how to make your own unique herbal bitters blend, and you’ll learn a bit about the medicinal qualities of various bitter herbs along the way. To your health!
