Herbal Lotions for Dry Winter Skin

Cold wind outside, forced hot air inside – winter in New England can dry you out both coming and going. Dry lips, chapped hands, and cracked skin are uncomfortable and persistent. Commercial moisturizers often contain alcohol and can irritate the very skin they’re supposed to heal. Fortunately, it’s simple enough to make your own herbal skin lotion – once you learn how you’ll never go back!
