Herbs for Whole Hearts

The heart is physical, emotional, spiritual. Herbs touch it in all these realms, offering tonification, relaxation, stimulation, and exhilaration to a heart that has grown weak, tight, tired, or downcast.

Hawthorn’s leaves, flowers, berries, and thorns all offer important heart medicine.

In this class you will learn to identify which of the cardiac herbs are most appropriate and important for your own particular needs. You’ll discover the personalities of hawthorn, linden, motherwort, and many others, and learn to put them together for daily prevention or acute relief. Open your heart to herbs – you’ll be glad you did!
