This is one of our most popular classes – with good reason! Infusing herbs into your wine is easy to do and is a great way to make a special dinner particularly fancy. Not only that, but it can really improve the flavor of a cheap wine, too. So whether you’re looking to add some zing to your dinner date, or building a strategy for cheap chic, this is the class for you!
We’ll have a whole host of recipes, and we’ll make a bunch together so that you really know what you’re doing. We’ll also talk about which herbs pair best with which wines, as well as traditional uses of herbed wines for medicine and pleasure. And of course we’ll be happy to offer advice about the best herbs to choose for your special occasion!
