Anodyne and analgesic herbs provide direct relief from pain, but each one has its specific talents and applications. Learning to distinguish the many types and causes of pain, and matching herbs to them, is a subject for long study and practice. There are, however, a few herbs which are very potent and immediate in their effects, and which therefore are better suited to first aid applications.
Learn which herbs deserve a place in your first aid kit for when quick relief is needed, how to prepare and utilize them in various situations, and how to combine them to further maximize their efficacy.
