Jetlag, cramped airplanes, unfamiliar water, eating out and on the go . . . traveling is tough on the body. Disrupted sleep cycles, sore muscles, and intestinal distress may seem like the inevitable costs of vacation or business away from home, but they don’t have to be!

Airplane travel is dehydrating. Having an herbal demulcent on hand, like marshmallow, helps prevent you from getting dried out.
