Herb-Infused Wines

Just in time for Valentine’s Day – come learn to make herbal infused wines! It’s not difficult, and it can make your special occasion EXTRA special! We’ll have delicious samples to taste, a whole host of recipes, and we’ll make a bunch together so that you really know what you’re doing.

Infusing cacao nibs in a bold red wine makes for a delicious aphrodicsiac treat – try adding a bit of cayenne too!

We’ll also talk about how to choose which herbs pair best with which wines, as well as traditional uses of herbed wines for medicine and pleasure. And of course we’ll be happy to offer advice about the best herbs to choose for your special occasion!
