Herbs for Dental Health

Xanthoxylum fraxineum, Prickly ash by uwdigitalcollections, on Flickr

Prickly ash bark stimulates the flow of saliva, and is an excellent addition to a tooth powder or mouthwash.

Dental health and oral hygiene are known to be strongly correlated with overall health markers. Taking good care of your teeth and gums is an important part of your preventive care, and herbal remedies can be very effective and useful.

In this class we’ll discuss the truth about fluoride, and the problems with many commercially available toothpastes and mouthwashes. We’ll go over the nutritional and dietary factors that contribute to oral health, and offer herbal formulations for tooth powder, mouthwash, and more.

Join us for this class, and take control of your health in this small but important area. You’ll leave smiling!
