It’s so much easier to stick to your goals when you have concrete markers for progress. Lots of people try out a new diet, exercise routine, or change in lifestyle, only to be uncertain if it’s really making a difference.

As clinical herbalists, we encounter this problem all the time – our clients want to be sure they’re really benefiting from our recommendations, and we want to be sure they’re working, too! So, we’ve developed a method to track changes in symptoms and performance that uses clear and reliable data, but still retains the immediacy of subjective experience.
