This week we’re featuring Blue Vervain, Verbena hastata.

There are so many things in life we can’t control, and that doesn’t feel good.

Enter Blue Vervain: it really makes the emotions of being out of control so much easier to manage.

Also, when you’re feeling like you have to live up to unreasonable standards that you’ve set for yourself (whether you wanted to or not) – that in order to have value, you have to be perfect – and you don’t really know how to relax from that and allow yourself to just be how you are – that’s a Blue Vervain moment!

When you feel like you can’t keep up with everything that’s expected of you by others, and like the expectations are completely unreasonable and no one could live up to them, but you also don’t know how to get out from under it all – it’s time for Blue Vervain!

When those kinds of feelings are starting to kick off a panic attack? Definitely a Blue Vervain moment!!
